CYRIL DE JONGH

He has been in the Networking Industry for more than 18 years, specializing in Data Communications. He began his career at Grinaker Data Systems where he was responsible for the testing of equipment and completing quality control checks.

He was promoted within a year to the Technical Department where he looked after various customers being involved in the rollout for Namibia Telecom of Nortel and Multitech products. He was promoted to a Senior Technical Department focusing on Micom, Nortel, Multitech and Xyplex. Cyril then joined the Distribution arm as a Senior Technician growing from strength to strength.

He has been on various overseas trips for training and won an award for Best Support person of the year.

He has completed a range of courses and certifications including:
· Nortel (Including VO/IP)
· 3Com
· Cisco
· Rad
· Multitech
· Microcom
· Micom Voice
· Netshield
· Intel
· Symbol Wireless Expert

He has recently completed a course on IPV 6 and is one of the highest qualified 3Com specialists in the country.
